The purpose of this file is the following: 1) serve you better, deliver the order without delay, and contact you if there are incidences in the delivery 2) send you information about products that may be of interest to you, or even offer free service promotions 3) follow up if you have abandoned the purchase process, and try to help you if there has been a problem during your visit to our store.
In your account information you can add as many addresses as you want, when you place an order you will be asked in which of them you want to receive it.
To speed up the process, from your account you will be able to access “My orders” and repeat previous purchases.
Orders placed at www.comodynes.com are shipped to all countries via courier service. For Spain, we serve orders through Correos (office delivery) or Chrono Express (home delivery). For other countries, depending on the country of destination, we use the postal service or DHL courier service.
Payment at www.comodynes.com is completely secure. The website incorporates different security systems to protect your data. Consult the payment methods.
Purchases will be paid with a secured credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB) or via PayPal. Other forms of payment will not be accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data communicated are correct. Insiteout offers the following forms of payment:

We guarantee that every transaction made by Insiteout is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank details are carried out using a secure environment. Insiteout uses a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network, and the credit card details are not registered in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank).
We also inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated in our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce).

The payment by Paypal, has a surcharge of 1 for management costs. The charge is per order (transaction), and not per item purchased.
To avoid this surcharge, we always recommend our customers payment by secured card, which is immediate and has no additional costs to be fully automated.
All product prices include direct taxes (VAT) in the case of the European Union. Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to payment of indirect taxes in the country of destination and / or customs duties upon receipt of the order, which will have to be paid by the Buyer.
When your order coincides with a discount rate promotion or free shipping the benefits of the promotion will automatically be shown in the summary of your purchase.
On the “My cart” page you will find a field to enter the promotional code. Once the code has been entered and validated, the benefits of the promotion will be shown in the summary of your purchase.
The orders are delivered in the case of Spain in 3-4 working days, either at the post office, or by home delivery, according to the choice of the user / buyer. In the case of countries outside the European Union we deliver via DHL or Post, depending on which is the most appropriate case for each country in Europe and the rest of the world.

Insiteout is the company that manages the shipments and returns of orders in www.comodynes.com. You can contact them through the customer service telephone (+34) 933092254 through the address firstname.lastname@example.org from Monday to Friday from 9 h to 18 h.
If once you have received the purchase you are not satisfied, you can exchange or return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt as long as the item has not been used or damaged.
Thus, Insiteout will not be able to accept changes or returns of damaged or used items or without their original packaging. Upon receipt of the product under the above conditions, you will be refunded the value of the order. Therefore, in order to process your return satisfactorily, we would appreciate that you send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including instructions for use and recipes. It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packaged. If products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.
The product may also be returned to Insiteout in the event that the product is defective at origin or, where applicable, when the product, by our error, does not correspond to the object of the order. In this case Insiteout will process the collection, and new delivery of the product.
Send the package to Insiteout – Zamora 45, 5º-4ª , 08005 Barcelona, by the messaging method you consider most appropriate. Indicate the reason for the return, including name and surname, and the order number that you will find on the attached invoice or on the information page about your orders in your customer area.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check that all the above conditions are met, Insiteout will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount (discounting the shipping cost we incur by sending you the product) according to the method of payment made, and where appropriate, the shipment of the new product. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card. If you did not make the payment by credit card, we will ask you for an account number to pay the amount.
You will receive a refund of the amount within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt in our warehouse of the product being returned. If the payment was made by credit card, it is likely that your bank will not show you the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.
Insiteout does not accept freight forwarding, and therefore the cost of shipping bears your charge, except in cases of defective product at origin or error in the product being ordered, in which all costs will be borne by Insiteout.
If on any occasion, by mistake, the product received does not correspond with the order, please contact the Customer Service team at email@example.com to solve the problem.
The order goes directly to our warehouse. It is therefore difficult to cancel an order unless you inform us very quickly, in which case we will respond to your request provided that the order has not left our warehouse.
In these cases, you will always have the option of returning the order, according to the process of returning orders.

Products purchased at www.comodynes.com are shipped from the company’s central warehouse, if there is a stock problem that product will be hidden from the online store until it becomes available again.
As long as the product is still in “My cart” you can remove the product from the order. Once the purchase has been confirmed, the order has been processed and it will no longer be possible to remove it. See returns information.

Your card may be rejected because it has expired, exceeded the set limit or due to an error in one of the data entered. Check each case.
You will receive your purchase at the shipping address you provide. You can manage your receiving addresses on the “My Addresses” page of your account.
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the product provided the product has not been damaged or used and the original packaging is retained.
