How will my information be used?

In adherence to the terms established in the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, relating to Personal Data Protection (PDP), please be informed that, by filling in the form your personal data will be incorporated and dealt with in an automated file for personal information, created and maintained by KONOMIX. The information provided by the USER can be used by KONOMIX and/or transferred exclusively to DERMOFARM.

Konomix will collect the following information upon registration: name, surnames, delivery and billing addresses, e-mail address, date of birth and telephone number, in order to provide good service.

The purpose of said file is as follows: 1) To better serve you, deliver orders without delays, and contact you in case any incidents do occur during delivery 2) send you product information that might be of interest to you, or offer you promotions for free services 3) follow-up if you stop the order process, and try to help you if a problem occurs during your visit to our online store.

Can I add more than one address to my account information?

You can add as many mailing addresses as you please to your account information. When you place an order you will be asked which of the addresses you would like to use.

Can I repeat a previous order?

In order to speed up the process, you can access “My orders” from your account and repeat previous orders.

Where can I check the status of my orders?

Under your user profile you can access “My orders” and check their status.

Where can I buy Comodynes products in person?

If you are in Spain, you can find a retailer near you by using our distribution point locator. If you are outside Spain, you can look for distributors in your area and contact them directly.

How can I recover my password?

When you press “Login” a link will appear. Press this link to receive an e-mail with your new password. Once you have received the new password change the password on the “My information” page.

How many languages can I view in?

For now, the website is available in Spanish and English.

How do I place an order?

Ordering from the Comodynes online store is easy and safe. Follow these steps to place your order:

  1. Select the article you wish to purchase then, on the product page or on the category preview page, click on “Add to cart”.
  2. You can add as many products as you like.
  3. Once you have finished adding items, click on “My Cart” at the top right, following the instructions the provided.
  4. Once you have selected the delivery address postage costs will be adjusted accordingly.
  5. Choose a delivery method.
  6. Choose a payment method.
  7. Confirm your purchase. Shortly after we will send order confirmation to the e-mail address previously provided.
Where can products from the online store be sent?

All orders placed on can be sent to any country via courier. In Spain, we send orders via Correos (delivered to the post office) or Chrono Express (delivered to your residence). Outside of Spain, depending on the destination, we send via Correos (Spain’s National Postal Service) or DHL courier service.

Are payments on the Comodynes online store secure?

Payment on is entirely secure. Our website uses multiple security systems to protect your information. Consult methods of payment.

Which payment methods can I use?

Purchases can be made via a secure credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB), PayPal or a wire transfer. No other methods of payment are accepted. Payments made with credit or debit cards are carried out online in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once the information provided has been verified. KONOMIX offers the following methods of payment:

We guarantee that all transactions conducted by KONOMIX are 100% secure. All transactions involving the transfer of personal or bank data are made in a secure environment. KONOMIX uses a secure server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All information you send is internet encrypted and the credit card data is not registered on any data base, as it is sent directly to the bank’s POS (Point of Sale) Terminal.
In an effort to provide the highest security possible to credit card holders, we have incorporated SET, an E-Commerce Security System, to our payment gateway.

b) PayPal:

PayPal is a secure, easy and affordable way for customers to pay online. PayPal’s service is based on the existing financial infrastructure for bank accounts and credit cards, creating a global real-time payment solution. For more information visit the PayPal website.
Payments made via PayPal are subject to a 1 Euro processing fee. The fee is per order (transaction), not per item.
In order to avoid this fee we recommend paying with a secure credit card, which is immediate and has no additional fees attached, as it is completely automatic.

Are taxes included in the store prices?

All product prices include indirect taxes (VAT) for goods sold within the European Union. Orders sent outside of the European Union may be subject to direct taxes, imposed by the destination country and/or customs duties. The Buyer is responsible for paying these fees upon receiving the order.

How can I take advantage of offers and discounts?

Discounts or free postage offers will be added automatically to the order summary.

How can I use a promotion code?

On the “My cart” page you will see a promotion code field, for entering the promotion code. Once the code has been entered and verified the promotion will appear in the order summary.

When will I receive my order?

Orders in Spain will be delivered within 3-4 working days, either to your local Post Office or to your delivery address, depending on which despatch method has been chosen. We use DHL or Correos (Spanish Postal Service) to send packages outside the European Union, choosing the best method for the destination country - Europe and the rest of the world.

How do I pay postage costs?

Who do I contact if I have an issue with my order?

How can I return a product?

If you receive a product you are not completely satisfied with, you can exchange or return the product within a period of fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt, as long as the item has not been used or damaged.

KONOMIX will not be able to accept the return of damaged or used items, or items removed from their original packaging. When KONOMIX receives the product, in the aforementioned conditions, a refund will be issued for the value of the item. In order to successfully process the return, please return the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging - including the directions for use and product specifications. Be sure to properly package all product/s to be exchanged or returned, when sending them. If products become damaged due to incorrect packaging we will not be able to accept the return.

KONOMIX also accepts returns for factory defects or if the client receives an incorrect product, providing it is our mistake and not listed in the order summary. In such cases, KONOMIX will organize the pick-up of said product and the delivery of the new product.

What process must be followed to return an order?

Send us the package to Konomix – Pukkas, CalleAlfons XII, número 75, 08006 Barcelona, by your preferred courier method. Indicate why you are returning the item. Be sure to include your full name (first and surnames) and the order number, which can be found on the invoice or under the “My orders” link in your account.

We will issue the refund in 30 days or less, once the item has been received at our warehouse. Please take into account that, if the original payment was made with a credit card, the credit may not appear until your next statement.

What happens if I receive the incorrect product?

If for some reason you mistakenly receive a product that you did not order, please contact the Customer Service team at, to solve the problem.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders are processed directly from our warehouse. This makes it difficult to cancel an order, unless you contact us extremely quickly, in which case we will accommodate your request - as long as the order has not left our warehouse.

If the order has already left our warehouse it can be returned, in accordance with our return policy.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

Can a product be unavailable?

Products on are sent directly from the company’s central warehouse. If there is a problem with stock the product is temporarily hidden from the online store until the stock is replenished.

Can I remove a product from my order?

As long as the article is found in “My cart” it can be removed from the order. Once the order has been confirmed this means the order has been processed, and the product cannot be removed. See information on returns.

How can I be sure I placed my order correctly?

Once the order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you provided. If 24 hours pass and you still have not received an order confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Service department.

Can I see the order status?

On the “My orders” page you will find all information on orders being processed, as well as closed orders.

Why has my credit card been rejected?

A credit card is rejected because it has expired, exceeded its fixed limit or due to an error upon entering the credit card information. Check each case.

Where will I receive my order?

Towelettes should be used without rinsing, and therefore use less water. Towelettes are 100% biodegradable and the packaging is recyclable.

How do self-tanning towelettes work?

The main ingredient in our self-tanning towelettes is DHA (Dihydroxyacetone), which comes from natural sugar and oxidizes once in contact with skin, creating a sun kissed glow. Since DHA is a natural sugar, this product is completely safe and suitable for all skin types.

Do I have to apply a moisturiser before the self-tanning towelettes?

No, you do not need to apply a moisturiser before using the self-tanning towelettes. The Comodynes formula contains a moisturizing complex, eliminating tight skin and making it silky smooth.

Are both sides of the self-tanning towelettes the same?

Yes, both sides are the same. You can apply the towelette using either side.

How can I get a darker tan?

To get get a darker tan we recommend you use the towelettes for 2 consecutive days, or try the intensive formula.

How can I maintain my tan?

We recommend the use of one towelette every 4 days to maintain desired skin tone.

What is the capacity of a self-tanning towelette? How many times can I use one towelette?

One towelette is perfect for your face, neck and neckline, or for both legs.

Do self-tanning towelettes contain sun protection?

Self-tanning towelettes do not contain sun protection. Therefore, we recommend you apply sunscreen before going out into the sun.

Can self-tanning towelettes be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Self-tanning towelettes can be used, with no risk, during pregnancy. The main ingredient (Dihydroxyacetone) is a completely innocuous sugar and is applied externally; where it attaches to dead skin cells on the stratum corneum (the outermost layer of the epidermis). The tan is removed with the loss of dead skin cells.

Are self-tanning towelettes suitable for people with sun allergies?

Yes, they are especially recommended for those who cannot sunbathe, due to allergies or a low skin phototype. The Self-tanning towelettes are a healthy alternative to sunbathing. They give you a natural sun-kissed look, adapt to all phototypes and do not leave skin with orange streaks.

Can self-tanning towelettes provoke skin cancer?

Absolutely not. Exposure to the sun and UVA rays are the main causes of aging skin and skin cancer. Self-tanning towelettes are a great alternative for a healthy sun-kissed glow, without exposing skin to the sun or UVA rays. Its ingredients do not penetrate deep into the skin layers.

Can I sunbathe after applying a self-tanning towelette?

Yes, you can sunbathe after applying a self-tanning towelette. They do not contain sun protection; therefore, we recommend you apply sunscreen before sunbathing.

¿If I have chloasma (dark spots on the face) will the self-tanning towelettes make them darker?

Our self-tanning towelettes are superficial and temporary, and do not darken or produce more spots on people with chloasma. The skin tone is unified in some cases, which might even help in concealing dark spots.

What ingredients are in the Hydratanning self-tanners, and how do they work?

The main ingredients in self tanners are Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) and Erythrulose. DHA comes from natural sugar and oxidizes when it comes in contact with skin, creating a sun-kissed glow. Erythrulose is a natural substance obtained from sugar with moisturizing properties. Since the product contains natural sugars, it is completely safe and suitable for all skin types.

How can I achieve a progressive tan?

You can obtain a progressive tan by applying Hydratanning tanning lotion. After 4 days you will have a “summer” tan, which you can maintain by applying lotion daily.

How can I achieve an “express” tan?

To obtain an Express tan use Hydratanning lotion on a daily basis; in addition, use self-tanning towelettes two days in a row.

Is Hydratanning suitable for people with sun allergies?

Yes, it is a highly recommended self-tanning lotion for those who cannot sunbathe, due to allergies or a low skin phototype. Hydratanning is a healthy alternative to sunbathing. It gives you a natural sun-kissed look, adapts to all phototypes and doesn’t leave you with orange streaks.

Why do I need to use a daily body moisturizer?

Our skin is exposed to all types of external factors every day - solar radiation, wind, air conditioning and urban pollution dry out our skin, making it sensitive and tight. In order to maintain a fresh and cared-for look, you must moisture and protect your skin.

When is the best time to use Hydratanning?

The best time to apply Hydratanning is after a shower.

Are Comodynes makeup remover towelettes the equivalent of using micellar cleansing water?

Absolutely, they are exactly the same, considering the towelettes are soaked in a micellar solution. That being said, towelettes are much more practical, convenient and lightweight - much easier to carry than a bottle of micellar cleansing water.

Are Comodynes towelettes effective makeup removers?

The micellar makeup removing solution, in addition to the soft “swiping effect” of the 100% natural fiber towelettes, provides a complete facial cleanse, giving your pores a deep clean and eliminating dead skin cells.

Can you guarantee that Comodynes makeup remover towelettes are as effective as other hygiene products?

How is it applied?

Do I need to rinse with water?

No, one side is rough and the other smooth. The rough side has a microspheres-based Detoxification system, providing a deeper clean. Once the rough side has been used to exfoliate, the smooth side can be used to calm skin.

No. Only use one patch for a maximum of 28 consecutive days. Wait 1 month between each treatment.

Should the patch be placed on the desired reduction area?

No, the patches work on general areas where fat is accumulated, regardless of placement.

Do the Body Reducer Patches have a long-lasting effect?

The Body Reducer’s slimming treatment is long-lasting, as long as you maintain healthy eating habits, drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day and include some exercise - these guidelines should be followed during treatment as well.

Should I combine diet and exercise with the Body Reducer treatment?

For optimal results, we recommend combining the Body Reducer treatment with diet and exercise, in addition to drinking 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day.

Can the caffeine in the patches cause side effects?

Each patch contains 1 mg of caffeine. This is a minimal quantity, which does not alter blood pressure, heart rate, or sleep.

What is the minimum age for using the patches?

12 years old, depending on the physical characteristics of each person. Be sure to consult a physician if you have any doubts.

Are the patches compatible with sunbathing or UVA sessions?

Yes. However, you will not get tan where the patch is placed.

Can the patches get wet?

Yes, the patches can get wet, no problem.

Will redness occur when the patch is removed?

Sensitive skin is prone to redness when the patch is removed. However, this redness will disappear within a few minutes.

Can the patches be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

The patch should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as the active ingredients pass into skin’s deepest layers.

Are patches suitable for diabetics?

No, the patches contain caffeine, which can decrease insulin sensitivity and disrupt the patient’s treatment.

Can people with allergies use the patches?

There is no allergy warning; however, people with sensitive skin should take an allergy test before using this product, as they could have a reaction to the adhesive.

Are the patches compatible with contraception methods?

They are completely compatible with the pill and contraception patches, as none of the active ingredients provoke hormonal alterations. They can also be used during menstruation, without worry.

Should people with high blood pressure use the Body Reducer patch?

In principle, the Body Reducer patches are only contraindicated in patients with thyroid problems, diabetes and kidney failure. As long as high blood pressure is under control, using a low-sodium diet or medication, we do not see any problem with such a low caffeine level. What is more, no significant changes were found in the parameters during product studies, where both blood pressure and heart rate were monitored for 28 days.

Can the Body Reducer Gel and Body Reducer Patches be used at the same time?

Yes. LThe combination of both products is ideal for losing weight and when on a diet. The Body Reducer slimming program reduces weight and volume, while the Body Reducer gel helps tighten and tone skin - making them the perfect combination.

When can Beauty-Flash be used?

Beauty-Flash is essential to any party or event, providing flawless makeup that lasts 8 hours. It is also great when you have had little sleep or for jet-lag.

What is the difference between Beauty-Flash and similar products in ampoule format?

Products in ampoule format must be used in their entirety upon opening. Once the glass ampoule is broken you risk getting cut and the content cannot be stored or carried in a handbag. The Beauty-Flash spray’s practical format is always at hand, to apply when needed.

How do you achieve the Beauty-Flash firming effect?

The Beauty-Flash firming effect works thanks to the active ingredient, Tensine, a high molecular weight that is concentrated. It also has phyto tensor vegetable protein, which coats the skin with a smooth, resistant and elastic layer.

What is the T-Zone Mask recommended for?

Where is the T-zone?

The T-zone refers to the forehead, nose and chin. These are areas that often become oily and are prone to impurities (blemishes, blackheads).

Why is the T-Zone Mask specially recommended for combination and oily skin?

The sebum regulators, astringents and antioxidants found in the product clean, absorb excess oil and reduce pore size.

Energy Mask
Why should the mask be used on dry, and not moist skin?

The mask has highly nutritive and moisturising ingredients. Rinsing removes the nutrients. In order to revitalise and reduce signs of fatigue, the skin needs to absorb all ingredients. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes, simply removing what is left unabsorbed using a dry tissue.

Can the Energy Mask be used with moisturizing lotion?

Yes, it can be used with moisturizing lotion, just use less. Great for the weekend or the gym.
